This session is a case study on how we used the components and tools in the architect toolbelt to elevate our relevance in architecture and planning. Demonstrating how a few small wins helped the presenter to gain the trust and confidence of the customer strategy and planning group and eventually the CTO. We?ll share how the art and science of architect can be used to be relevant to the customer, yet predictable enough to have confidence in the deliverables. Participants of this session will see real-world examples of the applying common architecture techniques in action and be able to identify clever ways to apply these tools and templates in their own architecture engagements.
