Become a Sponsor! Help the community and reap the rewards!

The year is flying by and plans for Tulsa TechFest 2008 are in the making.  We’re excited about the improvements and changes already in motion for this years' event.

If you're not be aware the success and turnout accomplished on October 19th and 20th, 2007 check out the following link to learn more.

http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?articleID=071020_5_E1_hLabo30513

This year TTF will take place on October 9th and 10th. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become a sponsor.  The benefits of being a TTF sponsor are amazing and we’re positive your business will see results before, during and after the event.

Below you will find the details on becoming a sponsor.

TTF 2008 will be offering a few special incentive rebates/discounts to our Feature, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors.

One of the new rebate/discounts we’re very excited about is the “Attendee Bag Rebate/Discount”.  As a sponsor of Tulsa TechFest 2008, you’re allowed to put a promotional item in the TTF attendee bags. But as we’ve noticed in previous years, sponsors have either not included any promotional material or the materials we’ve received have primarily consisted of paper items. As an incentive to get our sponsors to provide more promotional items such as ink pens, pencils, hats, caps, t shirts, key chains/rings, stress balls or other promotional items we’re offering a “Attendee Bag Rebate/Discount” of $100. To receive this rebate sponsors are required to supply the TTF team with at least 1000 promotional items. (All “Attendee Bag Promotional Items” must be delivered to either TTF’s Chairman, David Walker, or the TTF’s Director, Ronney Walker by 5PM Central time September 30, 2008.)

The TTF team sees this as a “win win” for both TTF and you.  You are able to reach at least 1000 attendee's with your company logo and/or website as well as others they come into contact with. Whether it be a t-shirt someone reads while the attendee is out running around town, an ink pen they’re using while writing a check, or a magnetic business card that hangs on the fridge; you’re getting cheap and easy advertisement. Your company will also be mentioned on the TTF website as being an “Attendee Bag Promotional Item Provider”.

Our second exciting rebate/discount is our “Attendee Prize Sponsor Rebate/Discount”.  This discount is to encourage our sponsors to provide a prize to be given away at TTF 2008.  To receive this discount you must present a prize with a retail value of at least $200 to receive a rebate/discount of $50. Again, this is a “win win” deal. You will receive additional advertisement for your company on the TTF 2008 website as being a “Attendee Prize Sponsor”, (viewers will see what an amazingly supportive community driven company you are!) and have your company logo/name/website url displayed at TTF 2008 in some fashion (this may be on the Prize Entry box or on some sort of marketing board). You will also receive special mention throughout the day when the TTF team talks prizes and at the Prize giveaways.

Be sure to read below for the new sponsorship levels, benefits and pricing.

Mike Murach and Associates - For over 0 years, professional developers have been relying on Murach books for quick, practical training and reference. As one developer put it, “I started off as a mainframe programmer and I read other books, but none – and I really mean none – were as useful as Murach’s. Now I’ve crossed over into Visual Basic land with their book. As usual, it’s the best book out there.”

From the beginning, our goal has always been the same: To develop the best book possible on any programming subject. That’s why our books are written by our own staff of experienced developers who know how to produce great training material. That’s why each book is packed with tested business examples. That’s why we format the content in “paired pages,” an approach that developers praise for both training and reference. And because we put that kind of time and care into each book, developers come back to us year after year, whenever they need career-related training.
