NK also provides management consulting, coaching, and mentoring to his customers on project management and process improvements. NK has been associated with PMI since 1999 when he obtained the PMP credential, he has been serving as VP of Marketing and Communication at the SWMO Chapter of PMI since it?s inception in March 2010.

Risk Management for Projects

NK will be leading a session on Risk Management for Projects and discussing the concepts as well as practical aspects of managing project risks. He will also share the technique that he uses to quantify risks and their impact on project schedule and cost. He found this technique to be very useful in communicating risks and their impact to project sponsors and to the "C" level executives.This session on risk management will be an interactive session where everyone will have a chance to participate. It will provide value to everyone associated with projects. It will be a fulfilling experience for the experienced project managers as they share their personal experiences in managing the risks, as well as a great learning experience for the new or less experienced project managers who are looking for tips and tricks to manage risks.
