Expressing your value in 28 seconds: How to stand out with your resume and interview like a pro

Can you summarize the impact you've had throughout your career in 28 seconds or less? That's all the time you have. The average hiring manager reviews an applicants resume for 28 seconds. When writing a resume, so many of us focus on showing the roles and responsibilities we've been given but fail to highlight the impact we've had on the organizations we've supported throughout our careers. This presentation will help you understand how to best share your value through your resume and do it in a visual format that allows a potential employer to see it, even when they're not paying attention. We'll also cover common interviewing mistakes and what employers are "really" looking for.
